I would like to put forward a suggestion that if you have many (lets say over five) Items that are the same (say, for example, replys in the same thread) It would condense into one item in the newsfeed. (ie: there are x new posts in "thread" or you have X new comments) With the ability to expand to each individual reply if you wish to.
I would also like to put forward a suggestion that the newsfeed specifically states when someone has quoted you in the forums, as opposed to treating it like a normal post. This will make individual conversations on a specific thread more easily continued. (Eg: X has quoted you in "thread" with the option to quote them rather than just reply in the feed.)
