Only issue is their are so many ways around that rule.. Perhaps it would work if this site could have a phone activation service... And they had real people working the phone.

If they are able to come back, they just got kicked. Some kids understand why, but some are trouble makers. They will get banned and won't be able to come back, until the time period is finished. If they make another account, it's possible they they will get banned because they have the same îP ãdrèšš.

Well how would you contact their parent? Via émail? What if the child gave out a fake émail address that didn't belong to their parent though?
