I am having trouble with spotting while doing chaînés and piqués.
I still get dizzy and it always messes up my dance. Any advice?
I've tried using a mirror, but it isn't working!

Me tooFrown Nose I took a year off from ballet do to not having a good ballet class. now i'm back in ballet but can't get my turns right Sad. it helps me if I just do turns all the time. Hope you get better soon.Smile Nose

I have been a ballet dancer and I do not know what those 2 words mean, but I have bed a dancer for 3 years!!!! Wink
