dubstep is music it has guitars and sometimes cut off lyrics from other songs listen to SKRILLEX hes a pro

I said noise was music since there is a genre of music known as Noise. And as you described it, it's a very undesirable sound by lots of people. Examples being Masonna and Merzbow.
