Jagger is based on Mick Jagger who used to dance with his lips out and swinging his belly back and forth while bending his arms and continually pushing them out and bringing them back in as he shoved his belly forward and back. Well you just told me the definition of Jagger, but I have to ask does that mean cool? My classmate that sits behind me and he sings moves like jagger to much... he has jagger he says..
