My Mom. 
But when i ask for something Mom wil say "go ask your Dad" so i will go ask Dad and he will say "go ask Mom" so then I go ask mom and she says "what did Dad say" and I say "Dad told me to ask you!" Then Mom decides on what to do. xD This happens every time.
