It is fine. You could always make the kids install learning apps because they could learn. If they drop it it is there fault

Dude, it's up to the parents. I'd personally want my child having a computer other then having an iPad though; if you drop it then it's done.

This is pretty much all disagree I only readed a few comments and yeah I agree with all the people who said 10 years old kids don't need a iPad yeah when we were 10 we only has phones or iPods but like 2012 and 2013 is everyone all addicted to technology and technology is going to taking over te world but this is also a lost to the parents yes kids are learning this new technology but can they not break drop (e.g.) so you guys understand that point and also I love these debates that are really important

I think iPads are alright for 10 year olds, and just like everybody else said, as long as they're mature and use it right

Kids these days are much more exposed to different kinds of technology and are able to use it on a proper way. So I don't have a reason to disagree on this.

It doesn't really matter, Even in Apple Promotional commercials you see younger kids with iPad's which appear to be shown in elementary schools.

My schools provides iPads to all their students, but you don't get to keep it. It's basically borrowing it for a year, then giving it back to the school. I already have one, but you still are assigned to one. 

Technology is changing lives, it's helping us to understand and learn at ease.

If I got a dollar for every time someone told me God came on this earth to make people "Happy"...
