I think they could if it was just for emergency calls ONLY. Like fires, calling their parents, calling someone to pick them up, or even more extreme cases.

yes kids under 10 should have phones but it depends on whats apps they have and what kind of phone it is Tired

I have a phone but I'm 11 so it doesn't count. Phones can come in handy. I f your mom likes to go shopping alone or your parents dont grt off work till anhour after you get home off the bus. its handy itf your live out in the country without a homephone if you have a homephone you dont need a cell phone
