Robots and computers are two different things, first of all.  Kindle being a form of computer, all it does is offer books, supplied and written by people. It's up to individuals to either buy books or used kindle.  As for robots taking our jobs, to some extent yes. But robots are limiter in their abilities. While they can work faster and more accurately, there are just some things that can't be programmed into them- true AI, for example. Computers can only think with the thoughts given to them by programmers. they can't have any original thoughts, making them pretty bad problem solvers. (for example)  Pus, the robots still need someone to fix them, clean them, monitor them, build them, invent them, program them, electric companies to power them, electrical lines, etc.

I'm sarcastic a lot. If I offended you I probably didn't mean to. Probably.

Only if there were some sort of virus in their system that makes them go bad.
