of course anything is possible and it written by a person who was a muggle who found out but by then they were extinct but with a few exceptions and then after she exploited them and there hero they died from wizard hunters. but it was kept quiet in great britan because they were emmbarresed that they were the only country that had them and soon forgot about years later. at least that is what i think
