Plastic surgery covers many things, such as reconstruction and burns treatment.
Too many people think plastic surgery is cosmetic, which is actually not all that common.

It's fine, if someone wants to have it, I have nothing against them whatsoever. It's their choice. I wouldn't personally have it, because of the risks it has, though, buuut it's fine.
