IF IT'S THE LATTER, THEN YES. I LIKE FINLAND'S APPROACH: FREE GENERAL EDUCATION, AND FREE COLLEGE EDUCATION BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT SPENDING AN ENORMOUS PART OF THEIR BUDGET ON BLOWING BROWN PEOPLE UP IN COUNTRIES FAR, FAR AWAY THAT HAD NO INVOLVEMENT WITH CERTAIN EVENTS THAT TRANSPIRED IN THEIR HOME COUNTRY BUT HAVE NO TIES TO THE ACTUAL COUNTRY THEY'RE INVADING

We only have private schools here. They don't get government money. The government only funds the poor schools.

THAT'S WHAT THE OP IS ASKING ABOUT (I THINK). SHOULD YOU BE ABLE TO ATTEND ALL SCHOOLS FOR FREE? IT WOULD MEAN PRIVATE SCHOOLS WOULD NOT EXIST AS THEY WOULD ALL BE PUBLICLY AVAILABLE AND FUNDED BY THE GOVERNMENT VIA TAX PAYER DOLLARS.

Schools should be free. Most public schools are free, while you have to pay for private schools. Education is free in Norway.
