So as you see up there, I want to play cello, but I have no money for it! I've looked online for one, but they're all 200$ or more. What am I supposed to do? I don't want some rental cello from a school, I want my own.

Well, maybe you should just rent one first (from a music store)
Are you sure you really want to play it? 
if you rent it, then you can get used to it and such.. and then if you like it, rent it for three months or more and then save money for it., about 300 or like around 230 dollars for the instrument and like strings... I guess.
Thats how I got my instrument (I don't pay a strings instrument though)
