K i am going to swimming lessons and i get really tensed when i do back stroke. i have to go to 9 feet and come back i get really scared. i sometimes freak out and stop kicking my legs and it turns out i am underwater. I TOTALLY HATE GOING TO DEEP WATERS. And i need some help or tips and how to get the scary part of swimming away from me and get the confident part back. PLease HELP.
