Sub-6 Minute Mile
I'm working towards getting it so I can get the Sub-6 mile T-shirt for my school. Several of my friends have gotten it, and my best mile is 7:13, although I'm dropping my time really fast.
Anyone here ever ran one? Or at least share some advice?

We have 20 mile club at my school... U have
to run 40 laps xD Not in one day tho like 4 or so every week to get the shirt

Sub-6 Minute Mile
My best mile time is 6:27, but I'm a girl. Try running 15 min slow, 15 min medium pace, and 15 min fast, not sprinting but faster.
