i have a court date for my moms ex-step dad he would hurt me and mi lil brother when my mom was away. my mom is a on the road truck driver, so when she wasnt home a war would happen. he would be angry at us and throw stuff at us, tells to do things for him like cleaning. he wouldnt cook his brother that lived with him would. he also dint have a job.....he just played the ps3 all day he had an ethernet cord and he connected to the internet while playing his games. Rarly wuld he let us play...almost never. he would drink to...which made it worse i am scared to tell the truth about him. should i? i am afarid he will hurt me more. also he had neices and nephews that lived with us he tells them after my mom left him never to speak to us again. i got really close to them. should i spill or just keep quiet. plz comment!

the guy ain't good tell someone befo it gets worse, trust me and it will get worse

Keeping quiet about something like this is never the answer. I know, I went through a simmilar situation. You need to tell the truth about him to the courts, and remember if he starts threatening you there is protection you can get through the law. You and your mother both need to get out of that situation before it gets worse. Bless'ed Be my friend, and I do hope your situation gets better.

u should tell the truth and the whole truth. if he does it again then he will get more time away from u and ur brother. Just tell the truth. good luck
