What's the difference? They're almost same, because it leads to a God. However, they are different in most aspects.

Definition:
Religion is established by man for various and specific reasons
Spirituality is found within ourselves. It is what you believe in and have faith with, in positive aspects.

This is their differences:

Religion is inferred to a belief.
Spiritual lets you experience the Divine consciousness.

Religion is sometimes forced.
Spiritual lets you choose what you want to believe.

Religion focuses more in our sins and guilt.
Spiritual lets you focuses more on how we forgive ourselves and how we deal with it.

Religion is to believe in one God.
Spiritual lets you meditate in ourselves.

Religion offers religious activities or rituals.
Spiritual encourages you to reach Spiritual ascent.

Religion is sometimes based on one's invent and imagination.
Spiritual lets you discover more.

Religion is an outer worship.
Spiritual is an inner worship.

For me, spirituality is more important than religion.

Those are just my conclusion and opinions and based on my research.

The reason why I posted this is because people sometimes misunderstand the concept about Religion and Spirituality.

I don't understand what you want input on. You answered the only question there.

“Mutual caring relationships require kindness and patience, tolerance, optimism, joy in the other's achievements, confidence in oneself, and the ability to give without undue thought of gain.”

Although I find that religiously-led conflicts are common, I do not believe that religion is as forced as it used to be. Although it has been a short time, there have been less political religious slaughterings. The last well-known outburst of religious offense was the holocaust. Jews were being slaughtered by the Nazis, who felt their own religion was the right one. I'm positive that few of you know of the Baha'i Faith, but when this religion became recognized almost 200 years ago thousands of Baha'i people were killed on political hands. I myself am a Baha'i, who am still mistreated by Christians who believe my beliefs are driven by the 'Devil' But since the Baha'i Faith and the holocaust, there have been no political slaughterings for religion. In the case of 9/11 religion was an excuse. It however was political, and 3000 people died. Many more died during the holocaust and the realization of my religion.

So are you saying that Spirituality can let you believe that harming others is OK? Can it let you believe that the negative virtues we have lead to Spirituality? Spirituality is pureness, and when Spirituality becomes negative, is it still Spiritual? Or is it Material greed? Or perhaps satisfaction?

Religion forcing is not only in religiously-led conflicts. Religion forcing has many aspects, and it is still present nowadays. Religion is sometimes forced to a child that really does not believe in it. For example, parents, who are believer in God, insist their child to also believe in Him. Then later on, as the child grows into a mature teenager, he or she begins to ask questions and doubt about his or her faith.

I don't get it why you are questioning me about that. Of course, spirituality is found within ourselves, in what we believe in, but in positive aspects. I did not say that it can let you believe in negative situations, like murdering someone for not believing in a god. Look at the root word of it, Spirit. +

You said that it let's you believe what you feel is right/what you want to believe. If you feel it is right to murder, is that Spirituality?

Yes, it lets you believe and choose what you want to believe - but in good purpose(look at the definition that I had written). No.

Religion also let's you believe in positive aspects. Religion sets guidelines of kindness and peace that you can choose to follow in your own way. And much like religion spirituality can be abused and used as an excuse to act negatively.

Yes, it is, but in different way. I don't know how to explain it.
