Well, Einstein Was Wrong. He meant the Universe is all According oderly to Laws of Nature.Nothing in Universe is a Random chance. It's all for reasons.it was Einstein's answer to quantum mechanics, in which random chance is included so that the result of actions is not predictable. Einstein believed the universe is  orderly according to the laws of physics and everything can be predicted.

Well, I don't think everything is according to the Laws of Nature. In Universe, Living thing Exists.(Humans). Living things have Conscience and Conscience has a Self Power. Conscience is Jointly controlled By Laws of Nature And It's self Power. So, Laws of Nature Can not array Conscience fully.  Universe is Not Fully planned....

Hawking Don't believes "God does not plays the Dice. ######## Was not That much into quantum mechanics.Hawking understands it  a little better than  Einstein did. I think he Believes  that the Universe is more random than we thought it was.

Well, For me it like this,
View of Science: God is not in control of the Universe. it is all Random Physics.

View of Theology: God is not random, but in  planned control.

I think when Einstein said "God doesn't play dice with the universe" he was right. A lot of times people want to debate the ideas in the bible or in any religious affiliation with science and logic. In this case, i think Einstein is combining them together. We all know Einstein as a genius, masteer scientist, brilliant mind. With ALL his knowledge he then said everything on the planet is not by chance. God is the creator of the universe (Genesis 1:1). He ordained everything and anything that has happened, will happen, and is happening right now (Proverbs 20:24). Besides the Bible, i think the main reason that Einstein said this is because as he makes all these scientific discoveries about relativity, physics and etc, he notices that everything cannot possibly be an accident. There had to be some premonition about how all these scientific discoveries tied back together and made sense. I don't know if what i just said made any sense, but if you have questions, i would love to answer them. Great question.

It makes perfect sense.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser gate. All those moments will be lost in time... like tears in rain...

U connected Einstein with bible and said Einstein is combining them together. Lol......
Well, Later in his life, When Einstein searched About Quantum mechanics, He may Realized that Everything is not Planned........  Quantum mechanics includes Random chances. Any way, Don't know what u think But I don't think Einstein was correct.
And No one knows Whether God exists or not, No one Whether Something created Universe or not.
Any ways, If u support that Everything is Panned , U directly support a God Because Planner is needed to plan. I consider myself to be Agnostic, So I don't wanna Directly Support God. anyways, that's Only with me, Don't know about u.
And No one knows whether God Plays The Dice with the Universe Or Not.

I do directly support that God exists and that God has a plan. If I believe in God, then I believe in the Bible. There are a lot of passages in the Bible that I can use to support the fact that God doesn't "play the dice with the universe or not" but since you are Agnostic, i don't think anything I say supported by the Bible will make much sense to you. But those who believe in God and accept Jesus Christ as their savior receive the wisdom that you think "no one knows about". Other than that, I think your opinion is justified by your beliefs and my claim is justified by my beliefs, so i don't think either of us are wrong. I respect your beliefs and opinions.
