The Age old question man has pondered since our sentience, shall be answered.

Yes.

Well, there isn't exactly proof. I don't think that we're going to figure out any time soon, or possibly at all, if there really is a "God" or "gods".

The idea of a god raises more questions than it answers. The universe and the things that happen in it can be explained without a god. I see little to no reason to believe that any god exists, let alone any specific god.

I belive this is wrong.

I agree that there is no specific God ( or Gods) but even if God isn't alive now there must of been a God at some point in time.

Think about it. I don't know if you belive in the Big Bang but if the Big Bang created everything then where did the Big Bang come from? You may say "oh, some atoms" but then where did they come from? If you don't belive in the Big Bang then what created the universe? I may be wrong but I think that logicly there must of been a God in some point in time.

There are plenty of theories that don't require believing in an omnipotent entity that is beyond the laws of nature. We know that the universe was a singularity before the big bang happened, and we see singularities all the time in space. And that's just the observable universe. We don't even know what's beyond the observable universe. Could just be more space. What if big bangs are just one of the things that happen when these singularities explode? This idea makes less assumptions than the idea of a god, and is therefore a more practical solution. It uses things that we know happen and exist to predict how our universe came to be, and doesn't depend on a supernatural entity that also needs an explanation.

I think there must be a God of some kind because nothing but a supernatural entity could create matter out of nothing.

I'll make some things clear.

You can't make matter out of nothing.

You may or may not agree with this but the things that are here today havn't been here since the begining of the universe. If you don't agree then when did they come into the situation? If you agree that you can't make matter out of nothing then what is the matter that created the universe?

P.S.

Please don't use big scientific word. I don't know what they mean.
