I can see why it's not aloud in public schools. There are so many different religions, think about how many prayers you would have to say. Also, think about how uncomfortable those who don't believe in God would be. I'm not saying it should or shouldn't be, I just see why it isn't aloud.

I think it should be allowed on an each to thier own basis. Kinda like those Atheists that came protesting across the country to say that our all Christian football team was discrimatory and that we shoud not say prayers before football games. But again, I think if its an all christian, pray to God. If not all christian, non christian can just sit out. Kind of like how it is with the pledge...why change something to benefit a minority, since ppl have problems with intergrating church with school in the first place.

Prayer shouldn't be allowed in school. Separation of Church and state. Public schools are supposed to be secular.

My school (Public School) has God integrated into all of the districts' schools. We bypass evolution even.
