The Bible contains the details of what is acceptable and what is not and the same for other religious books too. 

Theres less Athiests in jail for breaking the law then any other belief / non belief systems.  So if Athiests didnt have morals they would be all locked up for breaking the law.  The law is the morals and rules of societies
