I have a friend who's parent's yell at her a lot. The other day I was at her house and her little sister (She is three) got into a fight with her other sister who is four. Anyway, her father took them into the living room and hit them both on the bare b/u/m with a belt. When it was over, the girls were crying because there were bruises up and down their backs and b/u/m/s. I asked my friend if this happened a lot, and she said almost every day. The dad did that with me standing right there the whole time. Should I report it?

The lord is the savior. He will offer forgiveness if you just ask. My goal in life is to bring someone to the Lord. I hope that I can be a light to the world. Jesus had twelve apostles on Earth and many followers. Each one was killed brutally, one was even boiled in oil. Who would die like that for a lie? May the Lord bless you. I am a Jesus Freak!

if they have bruises then yes you should report it...if the spankings are hard enough to leave bruises then i would consider it abuse

I think so since if it's just a arguement they shouldn't get hurt like that. They are only 3 and 4 so that's cruel I think.
