*insert Marilyn Monroe quote*
I'm probably the worst one to being giving advice about this. I never told them, but I talked to a couple of my teachers about it, so maybe it doesn't necessarily have to be your parents as long as you have some other adult or older person to talk to, unless you really need to tell them.
asking for help is the biggest step that anyone can take!
I think that you should talk to them!
by asking for help, you realize that there may be a problem.
depression can be serious, and some people that don't get help end up dying.
talk to your parents about and get the help you need, and don't feel that you are alone!
a lot of people go through depression, but you shouldn't have to go through it alone!
"The body says what words cannot."
thanks for reading my post!! please add me!!!!!
Smile like you've never been hurt
Sing like nobody's listening
Dance like nobody's watching
Live like heaven is a place on earth.
Yesterday is history,
Tomorrow is a mystery
And today is a gift,
That's why its called the present.
It really depends. If you don't want to be asked questions and poked and prodded, then I would not tell. If you are desperate for someone to talk to, though, and aren't afraid of some of the consequences, you should. It depends on how you feel and how you want to be treated. It's your decision and no one else should make it for you.
Hope I helped!!
