my mom quit smoking and on the 3 rd day of no smoking she has one and now she started back up again i have no friends

actually, you can smoke whenver you want. You have to be 18 or older to BUY cigarettes but you can smoke anytime. Its not illegal. Its only illegal to buy them when you under the age of 18.
