He's eight and he talks in a baby voice like he's three, especially around my nan, who is fooled easily by this. It gets so much that I tell him to shut up and then my nan or my mum or dad yells at me to stop bullying him when I DON'T! Also, i'd be on one side of the room and him on the other and he'd drop his book and say "what did y-ou do that for?" when I was about three feet away from him, listening to music on my iPod!!!!!!!!! I've just finished my exams and he says in his baby voice "I'm gonna do well better than Abbie on the mock tests!" and my parents say "yes you will, you're a clever boy!" I never got 100%, but my closest was 97% and they didn't even acknowledge that!!! When my mates come over, he annoys us no end, he won't leave us alone! At my last sleepover, I labled all of the sweets I had bought with my own money SLEEPOVER in big black writing. But he ate them and mum and dad said it wasn't is fault, he's only little! For god's sake, he's eight years old!! One last thing, he says bad words and does the finger to me and when I tell mum and dad they say "stop fighting!" but then again if I fight back or call him gay (which he hates, but face it, he IS gay) they say "why didn't you come to us?!?!" it's not fair, he's ruining my relationship with my parents. What can I do????

That's what siblings are for. They are here just to annoy us. You just need to learn to deal with it, he isnt going to act like this forever. Have you told your parents that you got a high percentage? How else would they find out? And try to keep stuff out of his reach too.

Firstly, gay is not to be used as an insult in any way.  On with the advice, I would tell your parents about it.  I have the problem with my own little brother sometimes but I kinda just learn to deal with it.  There's no point in getting angry with him because it will only lead to sibling rivalry.  Telling your parents alone, without your brother, when it's a good time for everyone, might get them thinking about what they've been missing.  Sometimes parents don't have time to pay attention to what really goes on and they don't take time to see why you're upset.  At times you're going to have to deal with it, other times you might want to talk to your parents about it.  But most of all, he's your brother and he is younger so you're going to have to cut him some slack.

My little sister is eight, too. She acts the same way(: I probably acted the same way when I was her age, but as the next few years go by, It'll get better. Oh and Gay isn't something you should call your brother. He's only eight.-It shouldn't even be used as an insult -_-
