I know this sounds stupid, but I want to buy two copies of a book I wrote with a friend from Lulu.  Doing so, I need a credit card (which I don't have).  She doesn't know I wrote it with him.  How can I ask her for the credit card?  (I'll give her paper money in exchange for the credit card.)
