My nans ill because her Kidneys are on the verge of packing up and there not even doing half the work. I don't know who to turn to or what to do. Any advice because I want her to survive

The kidneys function is to clean the blood daily of impurities. Dialysis is a machine that does it for those who aren't working right. It can be done short or long term. Its not a cure though, just a way to bide time.
