I normally hide it and dont tell anyone and dont express it, or am in denial. Sometimes if im by myself ill just sit there and cry myself to sleep(normally about my ex bf). Ill write about it, sometimes ill take it out on others, thow stuff, thats if im mad though.. But normally i dont express my anger or sadness.
