I am one of those people who are always worrying constantly. About the things I do The things I don't do Other people decisions How I will be treated So on and so forth But this isn't one of those worries that can be resolved. It's more of an Anxiety disorter.  All day long I keep thinking about all of the things I have done wrong or done right but I think they're wrong. I just want to know is there a way to get rid of all of this worry that is constantly going through my mind and I can't handle the pressure anymore.  Like for instance today I thought about doing something and almost did it and i asked my dad if they approve of things like that and they said no, I don't want to decieve them and I jsut odn't know anymore.  And I don't want to feel like I am a bad person to anybody. What do I do please reply as for I am feeling terrible! please Help.

If you truly believe you have an anxiety disorder, you should be seeking help from a doctor or something, which is something KW doesn't offer. This kind of thing is...hmm, not exactly normal, but everyone (especially adolescents) worry about things. So if you don't have a disorder, you're probably fine.

So it's not the personality disorder, it's the anxiety disorder.  Huh. Was s/he sure about it? Did you talk to him/her about OCD?

I don't know if this helps or not, but look under "OCD: Management" on Wikipedia. My sister knows about some disorders, so I'm kinda learning....Sorry I wasn't of much help.

Anxiety disorders run in my family, so I know a bit about them. The best thing you can do is to talk to a doctor or therapist. If your parents won't listen to you, ask a guidance counselor, your grandparents, or anyone who can help you. A visit to a doctor would be a very good idea as he/she can decide whether or not you might need further help. The main thing is getting someone to listen. That is the most important and hardest part.
