My Brother is 16 and is 155 pounds and about maybe 6'1 He eats to much Hears what he eat today Breakfast-two  waffles 1st lunch-2 peanut and jelly sanwitch, with chips 2nd lunch Mcdonals Large fries, biggest chicken nuggest chocie, and a buger and whatever soda 1st dinner  14 chicken nuggest with fries 2nd dinner two grilled cheses and for desert  alot of ice cream

I can see where your coming from. Maybe talk to your parents about it. Maybe he could exercise a bit more, and eat less fatty and calorie filled foods.
