i really want to tell my family im bi but my dad always makes jokes about gay people and im worried how he will rect can someone help

my dad plays alot of golf so hes only really home in the evenings, and i kinda think my mum knows cuz i write a note about me being bi and put it under my bed and the other dy it vanished so i think she knows
