​No wonder why Sirens are almost extinct, they keep killing each other off so their opponent won't win, Carlise answered with a low snicker. "Alright, who will I go with?" Carlise asked as she looked at all of the three boys. Her violet eyes were filled with slight curiosity; it was her eyes that held everything, the most spectacular and rare color for all beings.

"We're sticking together at the moment", Valerian responded with a wide grin, bringing up a tent before him in a rapid movement. Killing is not exactly Anastasia's style ... as a Siren, and my cousin, she prefers the subtle hatred, Jasper responded, his voice toned with amusement. "We have enemies approaching", Damian announced suddenly, in a low and somehow spine-chilling voice. His intense eyes flashed in the light as he remained still. "Anastasia's approaching too", he said in barely a whisper as the realisation of what was to occur repeated itself through his mind.

Carlise firmed her posture, placing her hands by her sides. "I'd guess that Anastasia is now going to attack me with her little clan of sirens," Carlise said as she rolled her eyes, but became serious once she closed her eyes. Keeping her eyes closed tightly, she began to feel the vibrations of the enemies approaching.

"No, they're hunters. They're just as much of enemies to Anastasia as they are to us", Damian explained in the same low tone, watching Jasper and Valerian from the corner of his right eye, while the other remained fixed on the figures now emerging from the trees. Suddenly, Anastasia was slowly approaching the enemies, her expression fearless and enchanting. The first group of hunters were revealed from the shadows of the trees, but as soon as their gaze met Anastasia's, they were frozen with admiration. Little did they know they were about to meet their death ...

Carlise kept her eyes closed, and her fist shot out just as a hunter lunged at Carlise. He tumbled onto the ground and let out a low groan as he held his nose that was bleeding heavily. Carlise opened her eyes that were not a bright, and enchanting lavender-silver. "You weakling."

"Goodbye, boys", Anastasia whispered in an enchanting, and therefore spine-chilling tone. The few hunters that stood before her crumbled and cracked, their bodies burning and snapping and twisting in all ways until the corpses were completely mangled and destroyed. Anastasia inhaled the scent of their fearful souls with pleasure, slowly opening her intense yellow eyes, that held a mixture of sickly sweetness and bitterness at once.

This girl is insane, Carlise thought silently to herself. She glanced over at Jasper, and dimmed the bright silver tone of her eyes so she wouldn't make him go blind. "Well, that was quick. Can we go to camp now?"

Jasper, Damian and Valerian all stared blankly as Anastasia violently killed the group of hunters. "Cr-eee-py", Valerian joked in a low tone, a wide grin spreading over his face, despite the glare he received from Anastasia, before she vanished deep into the woods. Damian readied the last few tents in a silent, but however quick flash.

The silver color finally faded, leaving only the enchanting violet of Carlise's eyes. "Okay, she's getting on my nerves. Is she seriously considering me competition?" Carlise asked as she calmly walked along.

"Well, that and she hates strangers", Valerian laughed slightly, his eyes flooded with amusement. "Don;t worry - she'll warm up to you soon", he added with a wide grin, noticing Damian and Jasper both smirk from the corner of his eye.
