I was playing chess when it reminded me of Through the Looking Glass. In other words, if you play chess or at least have some experience with the game, please join. There will be references throughout the role play on the game. This is not about the stories by Lewis Carol. It focuses more on chess & magic rather than the actual storyline.
Kings, Queens, Rooks, Knights, Bishops, & Pawns. We battled against each other for centuries, but do you believe that it is time for peace.
Romance is permitted, but do not go to far or stray far from the plot.
Only tow characters per person at maximum.
Limit your powers. Pawns are the weakest, yet most plentiful. Kings are up next, but if they get captured, then the kingdom falls. Bishops can go into enemy territory quickly & are the most clever. Knights are the most agile & athletic. Rooks can go far into enemy territory & are the second most powerful. Queens are the most powerful, & are often chased after if help does not come. Magic may only be used by rooks & queens.
Place the word "checkmate" in the code section once you have agreed to the rules.

Yes, I am a Catholic Filipino American. Do you have a problem with that?
"Why is it so hard? All we need to do is eat well, sleep well, & do well."
-Super Junior's "Mr. Simple"
As you can tell, I have a small obsession with chess.
Perhaps not that small.
