Jack's head shot straight up. "Y-you? help m-me? You tried to kill me earlier" he stuttered half in the cold and half in fear. Jack despratly needed help so he added "Y-yes" he shook of some snow, but more of it just flew back on him. His purple-blue eyes stared intently on the older wolf.

Jack backed a few inches away, still not fully trusting the wolf. Jack's stomach growled, and he was still shivering "C-could you at least f-find me a better shelter....?" he asked cautiously.

"I can make a burrow in the snow, it will be warmer." Bandit ran off for a little while, and came back. He had dug into a snow heap and made a small cave in it. "Come on." Bandit said to the pup.

Jack hesitated, then trotted into the snow cave, grateful for its warmth. He quickly fell asleep and his slow rhythimic breathing slowed and he was warmer.
