Kuro landed after a few minutes, by the ocean near the rocks. She let out a breath, looking over the water at the reflection of the moon. Picking up a pebble from the ground, she slung it across the water. It skipped about six times before plopping down under the surface. Picking up a second pebble, she skipped it as well, but it only skipped three times that time. Sighing, she shook off her wings a bit and then just stood there.

"hey i found her"The darkling yelled running up behind her."What the hell is wrong with you get back here"he yelled trying to grab him.

Kuro heard footsteps and yelling, and whirled around quickly, losing her footing on the wet rocks. She slipped backwards, falling into the shallow end of the water. To most people, that wouldn't do anything, but water made her incapable of flying.

"Look what you di dyou idiot"Jasper yellled running to the edge of the water "are you ok"He asked looking down

Kuro sat up, coughing a bit and then looking up at Jasper. She was shaking and her hair was stuck to her face. Giving a shy nod, she stood up. Oh, my wings! She thought, looking back at her broken, soggy wings.

Jasper stuck his hand down to help her up"are you  sure you fine"He asked

Kuro looked at his hand, and then took it and stepped back up onto the rocks, nearly slipping again. Then she nodded to him again. "Um...I'm Kuro." She said, trying to be nice.

"nice to meet you i'm jasper"he said and looked down as he felt something tugging his leg"come on monkey lets go"."stop "Jasper said kicking him to the side.

Kuro looked down to where he was, laughing quietly. "Nice to meet you too." She said, nodding. The wind blew, and she shivered again. "I-I better get h-home..." Kuro said, biting her lip and wrapping her arms around herself.
