Almost accepted :3 two imperfections. Weapon is too strong, only one please. Power is too strong, how about if he stares at one for long enough, he/she will feel pain or ease.

Ok his power is to read minds then. And regarding what type of bird he is, there isn't a name for the one I'm thinking of. It's rare, and the few people that have seen it just call it the White Bird. A couple have been sighted in the atoll of Takaroa. It's wingspan is approximately two feet long, it's body is completely white, it has a long, narrow, black beak, dark black eyes, and tiny feet. Is picturing what the bird looks like okay???
