Sure you can join, but there a couple of things in your form I'd just like you to clear up for me. France doesn't exist in this world, you can have a  'french' accent and have it be a regional thing, but if you could choose from the countries in one of my posts on the first page. Also being a Noble you wouldn't have been given to an orphanage but would instead have been brought up by extended family like Aunts and Uncles, or failing that you'd just fall under the care of the highest ranking servant, (so something like head butler) until you're old enough to be independent, at which point you'd take over the duties of your parents.  and what do you mean by 'Dragon shifting' ?

Seems good. Just understand that being the 3rd child of the royal family of another country will give you almost no perks at all, (partly to make it fair to everyone, and partly because with two older siblings they'd be getting all the attention)

The Head of the Knights would be the current Monarch. However feel free to have her father as a High-ranking Knight. I'm not sure what her Mother is head chef of, but cooking and the like is usually done by the servant class. Her Magic, is it like emotions magic, but with the only choices open to her being  two extremes? If you go with this you need to be careful not to mind-control people, since that's high power magic and you wouldn't be able to do it yet.  Other than that it's fine.
