This recipe is fast, easy, and very delicious. If you love quesadillas then this one will become your favorite. I got this recipe from my schools cookbook. 1lb. boneless chicken breast halves cubed 1 can Campbell's southwest style pepper jack soup 1/4 cup water 8 flour tortilla, warmed Pace chunky salsa Preheat oven to 425* . cook the chicken until done & juices evaporate. Stir often. Add soup and water, heat through. Spoon about 1/3 cup of chicken on half of each tortilla moisten the edges with water. Fold over and seal. Place on two baking sheets. Bake 5mins or until hot. Cut into wedges and serve with salsa. EAT and enjoy!!!
