If you're not allowed to have a new phone, then I'd advise you to obey your parents. They know what's best for you (even though it may not seem it), and by disobeying them and going behind their backs, you'll just show that you're immature and disobedient. If you're patient and play your cards right, however, you may be able to reason with your parents, and persuade them that you are mature enough to handle the responsibility of a new phone (TALK KINDLY!). Approach this situation with a mature, patient, and respectful mindset.

EDIT: Also, if your current phone still works, you should ask yourself if you really NEED a new one. Things like this cost money, and times are tough right now. Consider other's points of view and needs.

I would make this all cool and stuff, but I am far too lazy to do so.

My family is very rich. We have 15 butlers at our service. We also have a few limousines and a private jet. I don't get how being rich ties into this childish problem.

I would make this all cool and stuff, but I am far too lazy to do so.
