Most people might think you,yourself is fat. That's not true unless you eat NONSTOP! But just lay down on the  junk food.Go on a diet.Look at the Nutrition facts. But you can have a little nibble here and there though. I used to think im fat but i got outside and ran and just played simple games and lost weight.Hope this helps. Any questions? Reply below.

I'm not fat but all my friends are really thin, so it makes me feel huge when I have to change for PE in a room full of stick-thin girls. How can I stop comparing myself to them?

I've got a question.

My mom bought me a bikini to wear this summer. I'm not exactly the skinniest person earth. If u want to c just about how large I am c my pics. How skinny do u have 2 b 2 wear a bikini??

You can exercise, like A LOT all the time, eat only healthy things like fruit and veg and some meat and fish and salad and crackers and you'll lose weight

smile good luck. I used to be sort of fat and it worked, now I'm a healthy weight and I look normal
