i am really worried about her- her wristed are always scared, her parents hit.... once she said she wuz gonna bring a gun to the dance- i seriously thought she was going to so i told my mom and she called the counsler at my school x this was the same night as the dance). when i got there she was standing by a police car with her mom!! i felt so guilty.... she is seeing a counsler now but i dont think it is helping at all- i told my mom and she talked to some people but no one is doing any thing!! what do i do now???

just be there for her and contact a child abuse helplinexhitting- thats total abuse) xtry googleing abuse hotlines and im sure ull get a 1-800#) my best friend tried to suffocate herself this summerx theres nothing more u can really do for her nowx just be there for her and talk to her anytime, but still try to give her some space, just not enough to do anything crazy.. i mean, for awhile after the inccident in my life happened, i had to call her everyday at least to check up on her and see if she was okay.. go by ur heart and talk to her and let her kno u care.

i think she is depressed cuz her dad is an alcholic and her mom is uhh kinda "weird" and she listens to too much My Chemical Romance and she thinks everyhates her and wants to kill herself.

thats not depressed, thats going physco.

I''ll tell you what depressed is, my best friend. Her brother died when she was 6, her parents got divorced 2 years after that, her dad married someone evil who hits her, she never gets to talk to her mom when she''s at her dad''s xshe only goes to her dads because of him). She doesnt know her biological dad. She has to deal with people saying that her life is perfect and that she acts as if it isnt, I mean HELLLO her brother died. And she has to deal with her best friend being abused by her dad. Her best friend is me.

talk to her about it. ask her wats up. but dont abandon her, unless she not be nice at all. then try to picture being in her place, and see wat u would do
