Trying to impress someone by being "popular" is the wrong approach. In fact, that will only attract the type of people you don't want to be around. If he doesn't like you, then he just doesn't. You cannot force someone to fall in love with you after all. You're better off being yourself and finding someone that way. You don't want a false love now do you?
