my friend would rather play games on the computer than play with me yesterday i wanted to go swimming but when she finally came out to swim it was time for her to go and i don't know if she doesn't like me or she feels like she has more important things to do then hang out with me. i don't know what to do and she acts like she doesn't know what she is doing wrong or something.i is really weird are we bffs or not

Have you talked to her about it? I suggest you do. But try not to say anything rude or mean about it. Some people just aren't very social - it's in their personality which is very hard , maybe impossibe, to change.
