Welcome to the Brighton Lewis Orphanage Home.  Here, we take care of children until the age of 18, when they are let out into the world.  Children are dispatched here for many reasons such as the common cause: death of parents.  Another common reason is that the child has unfit parents.
For the children's pleasure, there is a courtyard with a playground, a pathway, a garden, and a large fountain in the center.  In the home, the bedrooms are large with eight twin beds and two dressers in each.  The boys are on the third level, girls on the second level, and the lobby, adoption center, offices, kitchen, and dining hall are on the main level.  In the basement is the schooling area.

Back story: Contessa's dad and step-mom where ruled as unfit parents to take her of her and her daughter She was sent to the orphanage at age of seventeen years old with her daughter, Mariah.

Personality: Tyler is socially awkward and hates crowds. She hates drawing attention to herself. However, once you befriend her she's very loyal and will do almost anything for you. It's hard to gain her trust and easy to lose it, though, and once you break her trust you will almost never regain it. Very smart, holds a grudge for a while, stronger than most expect.
Back story: Tyler's parents died in a car crash when she was 5, this is Tyler's tenth year here.
Other: she kept  "Grace" so she could keep a part of her parents.  

Name: Jack
Age: 16
Looks:
Personality: Jack tries to be nice at all times, but can come off as mean if you don't know him that well, since he insults people playfully a lot. He's a nice guy, but is bad at showing his emotions sometimes, so he tends to just shut off when that happens. Sarcastic and smart.
Back story: His dad died of cancer when he was 3, his mom was deemed unfit a few years ago. Jack refuses to explain exactly why to anyone.

Name: Piper Ann Lee
Age: 7

#############Piper is a sweet girl who loves ballet and dancing.  She also enjoys dressing up.  Piper is shy but energetic and creative.  She will not leave the house without her Mary Jane shoes.  She loves running, but she is an all around girly-girl.
Back story: Piper's mother and father fought mercilessly.  One night, when Piper was four, her parents got into a fight while driving and crashed into an oncoming vehicle.  Her mother died on impact, and her father received fatal wounds and later died in the hospital.  Piper received minor cuts and bruises but was not hurt other than that.  Piper's aunt, unable to care for her herself, brought her to the orphanage, where she now resides.

Back story: Her parents died when she was 18 months old in a huge car accident. She was immediately sent to the orphanage, but no one ever adopted her. Now, since she's older, she knows she'll have to wait until she's 18 because, in her words, "Everyone wants little kids. No one wants a teenager."
Other: If new kids come to the orphanage, she has to escort them around.
