Plot?

I was thinking that they are both prince and princess, but of different kingdoms. Their species hate each other, so they constantly have wars. One night at the princess's birthday ball, the prince manages to pass as a different species, and they let him enter. There they meet and they fall in love, and when the father finds out that the princess fell in love with him, they're going to k*ll them, but they escape, and now they're being chased.
