Use: Semi-automatic machine guns and 22 caliber rifles. Sometimes he uses knifes, but he's more into "forceful" weapons over more personal ones.
How long on the streets: It's not like Oscar is counting, but it's been approximately 3 years, 7 months, and 16 days.
Have a record: Yes. Oscar has been charged with multiple accounts of forced entry (breaking and entering), two accounts of robbery that weren't sole B&e (one of which was a bank), three accounts of the possession of illegal substances, and he was most recently being detained as a suspect in a double homicide investigation, though the charges were dropped due to lack of evidence.
Other: He was not named after the Irish writer and poet, it was simply a happy coincidence. Oscar is a very shady person and doesn't trust many. He was kicked out of his house hold at the age of 17 and has been living in his friend's apartment ever since.
