Jersey snorted "Right, and you're just afraid i'll do something stupid, aren't you? Well, for your information i can take care of myself!" Jersey snapped, sitting up on her bed and hopping down. Her short temper was rising again. She sighed and pushed past him out of the cabin.

Jersey stomped down to the lake, her thinking place. She sat down right next to it, staring at the rippling water. She knew she had been hard on Kori, and she felt a pang of guilt hit her full on. Maybe she should apologize.....No. This was exactly what her mom had wanted to happen. Jersey did not apologize, and she never would. Jersey bit her lip and sighed

Kori took a deep breath and opened the cabin door.He hesitated to walk down to the lake.He sat by Jersey not saying anything for a while then,not looking at her,said,"I didn't mean it like that."

Jersey sighed, letting out a deep breath. She hesitated, before saying "I know......i'm......" She trailed off, sighing again "Sorry" She mumbled quietly, not looking at him.
