Darren felt a deep blush come to his face after he finally realized what he was doing, though didn't pull away just yet. He kissed her a little bit longer, surprised she was kissing back as well, his heart skipping a beat this time around. After a moment he pulled away, not knowing what to say.
"Your epiphany led you to believe you should try to assassinate your king with a piece of literature?"
-Sion Astal
Cecilia blushed as he pulled away. She was breathing a little faster. She sat back up and stared at im. She put two fingers on her lips and smiled. "Wow," she muttered then blushed when she realized what she had just said.
Darren felt the blush on his own face darken a deeper red as he looked at her. After a moment he was forced to look away, overcome with embarrassment, but yet, somewhat of a relief of some kind. It felt like a heavy burden had been lifted from his shoulders in just that moment, like that was what he wanted all along.
"Your epiphany led you to believe you should try to assassinate your king with a piece of literature?"
-Sion Astal
Cecilia let out a nervous cough and looked at the ground. Her heart was beating so fast. "What now," she asked as she fiddled with her fingers. This situtation had become awkward for her now.
Darren said nothing for a moment before he finally stood up, pulling the key out of his pocket and looking at it for a long time before turning to her, holding the key out. " You can go....I'm sorry..." he muttered.
"Your epiphany led you to believe you should try to assassinate your king with a piece of literature?"
-Sion Astal
Cecilia watched him and stood up when she saw the key. "T-thank you," she said. She smiled and kissed his cheek softly. "You know it was actually kinda fun. Well execpt the part where you kidnapped me," she said.
Darren nodded once, " ....I am...sorry...I wasn't thinking, I just didn't want our conversation to end so soon..." he muttered, almost a whisper as he looked at the ground, the heavy burden seeming to start to settle back over him again.
"Your epiphany led you to believe you should try to assassinate your king with a piece of literature?"
-Sion Astal
Cecilia put her hand on his shoulder. "Its okay. I won't tell anyone," she said. She took his hand and pulled out her pen then wrote her number. "Message me," she smiled and walks down the road.
Darren watched her walk down the road for a long moment, unable to move or do anything before he finally glanced down at the number on his hand, a smile spreading across his face finally. He grabbed his phone out of his bag, adding her number to his phone.
"Your epiphany led you to believe you should try to assassinate your king with a piece of literature?"
-Sion Astal
Cecilia walked down the slippery road towards her house. She had her hand near her pocket that held her phone, waiting for a text. She finally made it to her house and walked in. She greeted her mum and dad then went to her room. She threw her bag on her chair and collapsed in her bed. She let out a sigh and took her phone out of her pocket and laid it on her bed then close her eyes for a moment.
