Name:  Connor “Sol” Solinus. Age: Seventeen. Looks: Sol has shortish light brown hair with hints of gold. He has heterochromia by birth defect, making his eyes different colors: gray in the left and blue-green in the right. He’s tall, but lacks build. He has athletic calves and a trim body, but not much more muscle than that. He wears really whatever he has in his closet: sweaters, band-tees, dress pants, skinny jeans. Anything really. Personality: He is socially awkward due to his heterochromia and finds it hard to talk directly to people. Sometimes he even texts people when they’re right next to him just so he won’t have to talk. He tries to avoid eye contact at all costs, because he’s ashamed of his heterochromia. Personal History: Shortly after being born, Sol’s birth parents killed themselves and as a result he was put into the foster care system. He was adopted quickly because of his birth defect, but he was only used as a trophy.  His mother slowly dug herself into depression, and his father beat out his aggression on child-Sol. After months and months of physical abuse from the man that called him his father, Sol heard about the house from a firsthand source (Ben) and planned to escape. He was 13 at the time, and one day his dad got beyond the point where he wanted to hurt his show item – he wanted to kill him. Sol knew it was coming so he locked his room door and hid in there, packing his backpack with a change of clothes and the money that he took from the family safe. He escaped through the window to his bedroom and got away before his dad got in. Why They Ran: To escape pain and eventual death. He was tired of living like he did. Other: He likes to read and goes to the library a lot. He’s never really been interested in anyone romantically, but, you know. He’s been living in the house since he was 13. - Name: Benjamin “Ben” Stali. Age: 20. Looks: Despite his young looks, Ben is the oldest person living in the house. He is also the only member that is not a teenager. He has dyed red hair, green eyes, and a small build – he’s 5’4” and weighs probably around 100 lbs. Personality: Ben is a very serious person, and he knows that all these kids are here for a reason. He accepts them with open arms and tries to be a father to all of them, but he ends up more like an older brother. He’s somewhat closed off, but he puts on fake smiles for the other members of the group. Personal History: He grew up in a financially stable (not emotionally) household with married parents and two siblings. One day his dad snapped and started freaking out over everything. He ran away, taking as much money as he could from the family. He leased out a house that was close to his family’s summer cottage and started living there. When he was 16, people started coming, Sol being the first. Why They Ran: To get away from it all. He didn’t want to live like that anymore. Other: Sometimes he puts on an act for the other kids to show he’s happy, but he’s really just depressed inside and just wants to cry some of the time. He's also gay.

She dyes her hair almost every other week but has decided to stick with the one in the picture for a while. She has about 4 pairs of converse and always wears a vest top and jeans, ranging there styles day to day Personality: Sam is a little of a outcast from the group because of her being one of the newest members. She doesn't particularly mind though, as she has always liked her personal space and privacy. She spends most of her time sketching the people around her and never really knows what to say despite being both a good speaker and listener. She suprisingly has a quite eclectic taste in fashion and music and is happy with just about anything. Overall, she is glad to be accepted Personal History: Sam's father left when she was very young and despite having quite an enjoyable life her mother got involved with drugs. Sam loved her mother dearly and would do anything for her, including helping her to buy the drugs. Sam was deserted by all her friends and loved ones untuil she couldn't take it anymore. Name: Belle Sheridan Age: 18 Looks:  Personality: Belle is a music obsessed troublemaker that is paired with a sarcastic attitude. Her surreptitious ways and astute mind make it easy for her to pull her usual pranks around school. She has also built up this tough exterior around her in order to not be stepped on, but on the inside is a very vulnerable girl. She is also is very adventurous, and isn't afraid to do anything. Her adventurous ways causes her to have many misjudgments, thus getting her into some big problems. Although she seems as though she isn't compassionate enough to help others, she is able to give advice while showing some compassion. Personal History: Belle's parents had signed their divorce papers the moment her mother went into labor. After 17 years of it just being her and her mother, Belle's dad decided that he wanted time to get to know the daughter he left behind. Though this was to Belle's dismay, her mother felt it was the best thing for her to do before she left for college. Her father had remarried to a very strict, self-righteous women who scolded her for everything she did, and her father would always agree with her. She tried her best to impress both of them, but they wouldn't budge. She couldn't take it anymore, and ran away back to her mother's. Only to find out that she had been in a gruesome car accident the month before. Lost and alone, she had heard about the house, and decided to go. Name: Brayden Lou Age: 15 Looks: Personality: Brayden is energetic and sometimes quite annoying. He's one of the youngest in the group and looks up to everyone else, especially Ben. He's always trying to impress and prove that he's "manly" too. He has ADD and can never focus on one thing for a period of time. He's not very helpful but is always willing to lend a hand. He's quite athletic and is always trying to get members of his "family" to play with him. Running and playing sports is a good way for him to release energy. He's not tired very often and doesn't get sick easily. (If that's not descriptive enough, let me know, I'll add more. I was never good on Personalities.) Personal History: Brayden grew up in a very unstable household. When he was five years old, his mother past away from cancer. His dad, emotionally distraught, started to drink and go out to the bars. Even though the Lou's had always been quite wealthy, bit by bit their money started to drain away. They moved from a high class mansion, to a suburban neighborhood, to a moldy apartment, and eventually landed in an unsafe trailer park. The older Brayden got, the more hard-core his father became, always being drunk and giving away their money for drugs. Brayden got a part-time job but it was not enough to cover the bills. Eventually, his father started to become abusive and beat Brayden emontionally and physically. Brayden finally had enough and left the trailer park when he was 14. She likes to be in charge and make plans and organize things. Only a few amount of people know her past and she likes to keep it that way. Occasionally, she slips away to be to herself and let go of everything she has been holding in. She always tries to hold herself together and not be dependent on people. Personal history: Her mother was a wanna-be Britney Spears s t r i p p er. Eventually, as Evelyn got older, her mother brought home men who paid to sleep with Eve. Despite protests, Evelyn was r a p e d and r a p e d again. When she was fifteen, she ran away from her home and to the beach house. (You asked me to join, and I'm using part of my girl form from another RP, if that's okay, I'm lazy xD) Name: Lana Williams  Age: Fifteen.  Looks: Lana’s eyes are light grey, with darker flecks around the pupil. They’re slanted slightly and always crinkled up when she smiles or laughs. She has brown hair which is normally stick-straight, but humid weather makes it go frizzy. She’s five foot two- make a comment about her height and she’ll probably make a comment about yours. She’s thin but eats like a pig, she gets her natural slimness from her dad. She normally wears vintage clothing that she finds in car boot sales and thrift shops- ruffled blouses, long skirts, that sort of thing, though she is partial to the occasional pair of skinny jeans. Personality: Lana is smart in every aspect: whether in education or in real life. She was taught at home until high school, and she’s fluent in French and Irish, both which were taught to her by her parents. She also picked up her mother’s artistic skills; when she looks at things, she sees what other people can’t. You could show her the ugliest dumping ground in the world and she would find a way to make it beautiful. Lana is hilarious when she wants to be. Even mimicking people’s voices or making faces- she finds a way to make you laugh. She relies on sarcasm a lot, and it sometimes gets to the point you don’t even know if she’s serious or not.  Lana grew up being told she was beautiful by her parents, and she believes it. She’s always playing with her hair and when she passes a mirror, she looks in it. Unless you’re extremely close to her, Lana couldn’t give a damn what happens to you. She comes across as cold in this way, but get close enough to her and she might thaw out enough to care about you. Lana holds a grudge for a long, long time. She never forgives and she never forgets. Sure, she’ll talk to you in the hallways or ask how you’re doing, but there’ll always be a note of dislike in her eye, and you’ll never be as close again. Personal history: Lana moved around a lot when she was young, and because of this she's always restless- she'll change where she sleeps every night. Her mum was French and her dad was Irish and her mum was an artist who travelled a lot because of her work. Her dad went along with it, until Lana was ten, when cracks started to appear in the family. Her dad and mum started fighting pretty much every day, and they moved house more and more, until eventually they got a divorce when Lana was fourteen. Her father didn't even try to win the custody battle, which hurt, and when her mum remarried with a man who had three children, Lana felt pushed out in the cold, especially when her mum seemed to get along better with her stepdaughters than she did with her own blood. Her dad moved back to Ireland and Lana hasn't seen him in four years.  Why they ran: She couldn't stick her new 'family' any more, and she hopes to raise enough money to move to Ireland to live with her dad some day. Other: Nada. Name: Oliver Baker Age: 17 Looks: Oliver has dark brown, almost black hair that sticks up all. The. Time. He can never get it to flatten down, even with hair wax. He also has brown eyes that have laugh lines around the sides. He's tall, six foot two and slim, he spends most of his free time in the gym to clear his head of thoughts. He's always seen with a confident grin on his face and he got his nose pierced when he was fifteen, though he quickly decided it was a stupid decision and threw all the rings out. Personality: Oliver's personality is very prone to change. It all depends on the kind of day he's had, whether he's in a good mood, or who he's with. This can be irritating and it makes him seem two-faced. He's also unreliable; his brain doesn't have a filter and he can forget about information as soon as you've told him or let it slip with anyone, and he often forgets to turn up to important events unless you literally drag him there. He casually flirts with anything that stands still long enough. Oliver is the clown of the house, he always pulls pranks and he likes putting a smile on people's faces. He's fiercely loyal and if you insult any of his friends he's likely to insult you back, or in worse cases, hit you. Personal history: Oliver's history is pretty normal; born and raised in London by a single parent, moved to America because of his mum's job when he was ten. He was always really close to his mother, but that didn't stop the bullies when he came. They were always poor, and that showed in his clothing and manners- not letting anyone take anything he owned from him, and not taking any crap from anybody. The bullies picked up on this and his accent, and it was like a free ticket to hell. They pushed him around outside the school and hissed cruel names inside school. Oliver was finally expelled when they made a comment about his mum and he nearly left one boy unconscious. He couldn't stand seeing his mum look so disappointed in him, and he especially couldn't stand the therapy sessions. He lived at home until he was fifteen. Why they ran: The bullies seeked him out even at another school and he hated his therapist so much, so he ran. Other: He smokes a lot.
