i have a friend who i talk to when i am sad but she is sad so i dont want to bug her by talking about me being sad so i will just sit here silently being sad and by sad i mean soul crushingly depressed

i dont know exactly what it is but there is some stupid voice in my brain that continually keeps telling me that i do not suffer from any forms of depression or anxiety and i wish that stupid voice would just leave because i know it is wrong but it is still very hard to argue against such an irrational opponent
